Registration fees must be paid in full to confirm your place. Payments are accepted by credit card and bank transfer. VAT receipts issued upon request.
Cancellations received more than 60 days before the congress date: 100% refund. 30–60 days before: 50% refund. Less than 30 days before: no refund. Name substitutions are permitted at any time at no additional charge.
International delegates requiring a visa invitation letter for Saudi Arabia should contact the congress secretariat. Letters are issued to fully registered and paid delegates only. Allow a minimum of 4 weeks for processing
