The SSDDS Conference is the annual flagship scientific meeting of the Saudi Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. Over 17 editions, it has evolved into one of the region’s most established dermatology congresses, known for its strong academic foundation, high-quality faculty, and relevance to daily clinical practice.

The conference plays a central role in advancing dermatology and dermatologic surgery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while fostering meaningful collaboration with regional and international dermatology communities.

ABOUT ISD & CCD

The International Society of Dermatology & the 8th CCD Congress

The International Society of Dermatology (ISD) is one of the world’s oldest and most respected dermatology organizations with a global membership spanning more than 100 countries. The ISD is dedicated to promoting education, research, and collaboration in dermatology across international borders; with a particular focus on underserved regions and the global burden of skin disease.

The Congress of Clinical Dermatology (CCD) is the ISD’s flagship international meeting, bringing together clinical dermatologists from around the world to share the latest advances in patient care, diagnostic practice, and treatment innovation. The 8th CCD Congress, held jointly with the 17th SSDDS Conference, marks the first time this global platform comes to the Arabian Peninsula.

The Saudi Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery

Founded to advance the science and practice of dermatology across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (SSDDS) is the primary professional body for dermatologists and dermatologic surgeons in the Kingdom. Operating under the umbrella of the Saudi Medical Specialties Council, SSDDS represents thousands of clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals who share a commitment to skin health.

The Society’s annual congress is its most visible expression of this mission; a meeting that reflects the clinical realities, research priorities, and educational needs of Saudi dermatology, while remaining firmly connected to global advances in the field.
