Why Submit to SSDDS & CCD 2026?

Presenting your work at the 17th SSDDS & 8th CCD Congress places your research in front of more than 500 dermatologists, surgeons, and scientists from across the GCC, the Middle East, and the international dermatology community. It is an opportunity to receive peer feedback, build collaborations, and contribute to the scientific record of one of the most significant dermatology events in the region’s history.

  • Abstract review by a joint SSDDS-ISD scientific committee
  • Submitted abstracts must represent original work that has not been previously presented at any other conference, meeting, or scientific event
  • Best Abstract Award presented at the closing ceremony
  • Selected abstracts invited for oral presentation or ePoster display
  • Open to researchers at all career stages – trainees, residents, and senior faculty

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

How to Submit

Abstract Format
Abstracts must be submitted in English. Maximum word count: 350 words (excluding title and author details). Structured format required: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Submission Process
All abstracts must be submitted through the online portal. No email submissions will be accepted. Authors will receive confirmation of receipt within 48 hours of submission.
Review Process
All abstracts are reviewed by members of the Scientific Program Committee using a blind review process. Authors will be notified of the outcome within 4 weeks of the submission deadline.
Presentation Formats
Accepted abstracts will be invited for one of three presentation formats: oral presentation (10 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A), ePoster display (interactive digital poster with scheduled Q&A), or traditional poster display in the exhibition hall
